Chairless is a unique app that tracks when you sit & stand, and alarms you to take a break when you've been sitting too long.

Most importantly, it requires zero manual intervention.

To begin, it's simple:

2. Done! You can now close the app, lock your phone, and put it away in your front pocket.

Preventing you from sitting too long by staying inside your front pocket and detect whether you are sitting down or standing up, the detection is done in the background.

Chairless is designed to run at scheduled intervals instead of continuously, which by default consumes a minimal amount of power.
